Jaclyn Seidman is a distinguished partner at Goodmans LLP and a prominent member of the Executive Committee. She excelled as the co-chair of the Women’s Success Committee and leads a business law group within the firm. Her practice focuses extensively on entertainment, intellectual property, and various corporate/commercial matters.

Jaclyn adeptly represents clients in corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, complex licensing arrangements, and diverse business operations issues. She serves major US, international, and Canadian studios, broadcasters, producers, literary, and business clients. Her expertise encompasses media-related matters, such as rights acquisitions, production legalities, clearance, and copyright concerns.

Jaclyn has been honored as one of Lexpert’s Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40. Her excellence is recognized by Chambers Canada, The Legal 500 Canada, Lexpert, and Best Lawyers in Canada.
