He has played a critical role in some of the largest cybersecurity incidents in Canadian history, including numerous data breaches and ransomware attacks. In privacy compliance, Jade specializes in the retail and technology sectors, helping clients navigate the balance between compliance, risk, innovation, and competitiveness.

Jade is passionate about leading the evolving field of privacy and cybersecurity law. He’s been a speaker at numerous events on technology, privacy, and cybersecurity and has guest lectured at the University of Victoria and Osgoode Hall Law School’s Certificate in Privacy and Cybersecurity Law. A board member of the Canadian Technology Law Association (CAN-TECH) and a Member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Jade brings a wealth of expertise to his practice.
