James Kondopulos is a founding member and partner at Roper Greyell, specializing in all areas of employment and labour law. He also acts as a mediator in workplace law disputes, renowned for delivering practical, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions to challenging employment, labour, and workplace issues. His expertise encompasses wrongful or constructive dismissal actions, restrictive covenants, compensation disputes, disability and attendance management, as well as discipline and discharge within unionized environments.

James has successfully represented both employers and senior employees at all levels of court and various workplace-related administrative tribunals in British Columbia. He has an impressive history of leadership and contribution, having served two terms as chairman of the Canadian Bar Association BC branch employment law section and as an executive member of the CBA national labour and employment law section.

An esteemed guest speaker, James has shared his insights with organizations such as the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia and Yukon (CPHR BC & Yukon), the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia (CLEBC), and Lancaster House.
