He focuses on maritime law, transportation, and insurance-related disputes, as well as construction litigation. Jean-François represents a diverse range of clients, appearing before all Québec and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. His clientele includes shipowners, charterers, shippers, consignees, freight forwarders, brokers, warehousemen, port authorities, and shipyards, particularly those active within the marine industry.

His extensive legal prowess also encompasses litigation involving highway, rail, and air transportation. Jean-François appears before civil courts, the Commission des transports du Québec, and the Canadian Transportation Agency. With a specialization in disputes related to insurance coverage and insured liabilities, his insights are invaluable.
