Jeff is a distinguished litigation partner with a robust background in engineering and earth sciences, providing specialized legal representation exclusively within the energy, utility, and natural resource sectors. With unparalleled experience, he adeptly represents clients before prominent regulatory tribunals such as the BC Oil and Gas Commission and the Alberta Utilities Commission.

Jeff offers comprehensive advisement on regulatory and legislative reform initiatives, cross-border natural resource development, and related litigation and dispute resolution processes. His expertise is further highlighted by his role in teaching public utility regulation at UBC law school and his contribution as a member of BC’s Green Energy Advisory Task Force in 2009.
