Jeff Cowan is a seasoned legal expert and counsel at WeirFoulds LLP, having served as managing partner from 1999 to 2003. At WeirFoulds, Jeff plays an integral role in the municipal and planning law, professional self-regulation, commercial leasing, and litigation practice groups. His extensive experience allows him to represent clients before various tribunals and courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Jeff Cowan’s legal practice emphasizes public and regulatory law, judicial review, Indigenous peoples’ rights, property assessment and taxation, as well as land use planning and development. He is highly proficient in handling issues related to professional discipline and real estate boundaries litigation.
