Jeremy is the Co-Chair of Osler’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group and a former Co-Chair of Osler’s Mining Group. He provides expert counsel for public and private companies, boards of directors, special committees, and private equity firms on various acquisitions, securities offerings, and corporate transactions. Jeremy is highly skilled in representing investment dealers on fairness opinions, valuations, and intricate financial advisory assignments.
