Jo-Anna Brimmer is a distinguished partner in McCarthy Tétrault LLP’s Business Law Group, based in Toronto. With a robust practice in structured finance, financial services, and securities, Jo-Anna specializes in securitization, covered bonds, and debt capital markets transactions. Her extensive cross-border transactional expertise includes both public and private securitization transactions across a diverse range of asset classes, such as auto and equipment loans and leases, dealer floorplan loans, HVAC and water heater rental contracts, and trade receivables.
