Joel is a distinguished partner in BLG’s Calgary office, offering expert advice on a broad range of securities and corporate matters. Specializing in mergers & acquisitions, he skillfully manages the disposition of both private and public companies. His expertise in financing transactions encompasses both public and private offerings of equity securities. Joel is also adept with compliance related to stock exchange listings, corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and shareholders’ meetings.
