Joel Camley is a partner in Gowling WLG’s Vancouver office and leader of the Canadian real estate industry sector group. His practice is focused on real estate, banking, and commercial law with extensive experience in structuring real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing (office, retail, and industrial), and real estate financings. He is proficient in leading multi-unit mixed-use, office tower, hotel, airport, and First Nation land developments. Joel has organized and led multi-office teams in complex commercial real estate transactions, providing advisory services throughout their life cycle.

He collaborates closely with the Gowling WLG Canada, UK, European, and Dubai real estate sector members, leveraging Gowling WLG’s comprehensive domestic and international real estate services. Joel has been recognized in The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory, The Best Lawyers™ in Canada, and the Legal 500 Canada for his outstanding contributions to the field.
