John Gregory received his BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin and his LLB degree from the University of British Columbia. He was admitted to the BC bar in 1984 and the Ontario bar in 1992. He joined Thorsteinssons in 1984 and was seconded as a senior rulings officer with the Canada Revenue Agency in Ottawa from 1986 to 1988. He has also served as an instructor in the Faculty of Commerce at the University of British Columbia. His practice focuses on personal and corporate taxation, corporate reorganizations, and international tax planning.
