Jonathan’s litigation practice is focused on class actions, business disputes, product liability, and professional negligence matters. His clients have included financial institutions, technology companies, real estate developers, and pharmaceutical companies. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, as well as administrative tribunals. Jonathan is Duty Counsel for Pro Bono Law Ontario and a mentor through the University of Toronto’s New College Career Mentorship Program. He also leads the firm’s “Innovation Hive”.
