As a former director of the Canadian Finance & Leasing Association, Jonathan has been named one of North America’s 25 Most Influential Equipment Finance and Leasing Lawyers and serves as a Regent of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers. He is the author of the Lexis/Nexis book “Equipment Finance in Canada” and frequently lectures on related topics.
