Joseph A. Garcia is a distinguished partner specializing in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. Joseph has a wealth of experience in managing domestic and cross-border transactions, encompassing public and private equity and debt financings, take-over and issuer bids, share and asset acquisitions and divestitures, along with regulatory and stock exchange compliance.
