Joseph Grignano is a distinguished practitioner of real estate law, specializing in commercial leasing matters. As a trusted legal advisor for several renowned Canadian and international owners, developers, and tenants, he focuses on retail, office, industrial, and specialty leases, including solar/wind farms and credit tenant leases. Joseph’s expertise has been instrumental in numerous transactions recognized as “Deal of the Year” by the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP). He has also been involved in some of the largest commercial lease transactions in Toronto in their respective years.

Beyond his transactional work, Joseph is an influential thought leader in commercial leasing. He co-authored a chapter on commercial leasing in the Law Society’s Bar Admission Course materials and serves as Co-Chair for the Law Society’s annual commercial leasing legal education conference.
