Judith Kennedy is a distinguished partner at Alexander Holburn, specializing in civil litigation with a focus on commercial insurance and reinsurance law. These include business interruption, contingent business interruption, professional errors and omissions, D&O, commercial comprehensive general liability, boiler and machinery, course of construction, wrap-up, and professional liability. As the co-chair of the Alexander Holburn Subrogation Recovery team, Ms. Kennedy has specific expertise in contentious coverage and business interruption issues, energy and mining claims, complex multi-party litigation, product liability, and subrogation recovery.

Ms. Kennedy is adept in mediation and has served as counsel at both the trial and appellate levels in the British Columbia court.
