As an experienced litigator specializing in complex commercial and class actions, Katherine Booth strategically and efficiently navigates disputes and manages legal risk for her clients. She has represented clients across all levels of court in British Columbia and Ontario, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Katherine handles a diverse array of legal issues such as product liability, consumer protection, employment, contract disputes, procurement, privacy, and fraud claims. Her client base spans varied industries, including retail, manufacturing, consumer products, technology, the gig economy, food and beverage, as well as forestry and agribusiness. Additionally, Katherine provides expert advice on responding to cybersecurity incidents.

Actively contributing to the legal community, Katherine frequently writes and speaks on topics related to class actions, litigation, and cybersecurity. She is a proud alumna of Osgoode Hall Law School (JD) and has been called to the Bar in Ontario since 2012 and in British Columbia since 2017.
