Kenneth Rosenstein is the current managing partner in Toronto and the former national leader of the firm’s financial services practice at Miller Thomson LLP. His practice is dedicated to corporate and commercial finance, insolvency, and creditor enforcement matters. With a wealth of experience, Kenneth represents both lenders and borrowers in various financing matters, including asset-based, debtor-in-possession, syndicated, senior-secured, mezzanine, subordinated debt, and quasi-equity financings, especially in cross-border financings.

He is an approved counsel for several major bank and non-bank financial institutions. His expertise spans numerous industries, such as retail, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, packaged goods, and the automotive and technology sectors.
