He also advises management and special committees of resource and non-resource clients on initial public offerings, reverse takeover transactions, takeover bids, change of business transactions, corporate governance, securities regulatory matters, and stock exchange listings on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, and Canadian Securities Exchange.
