Kirsten T. Crain is an experienced trial lawyer known for her expertise in conducting trials and hearings across Canada. Her broad litigation practice encompasses complex commercial litigation, including class actions and multi-jurisdictional proceedings, intellectual property litigation, professional negligence, and administrative law matters. She regularly appears as counsel before the Federal Court of Canada, and the Superior Courts of Ontario and Québec.

Kirsten also represents clients in a wide array of administrative law proceedings before both national and provincial tribunals and boards, as well as in Coroner’s courts. As a courtroom advocate, she is highly regarded, and she also plays the role of a trusted advisor to boards and senior leaders.
