Laura Gill holds extensive expertise in commercial litigation, primarily focusing on disputes within the energy sector, encompassing environmental matters and First Nations issues. Her significant experience in environmental disputes includes initiating and defending contaminated site claims in court, alongside managing contractual rights related to environmental liabilities. Laura also provides strategic advice on First Nations issues, particularly concerning resource development, consultation, Aboriginal rights and title, and treaty rights.

Laura has represented clients in all judicial levels in Alberta and British Columbia, including appearances before the Supreme Court of Canada.
