She advises clients regarding both private and public company targets in various industries, including regularly acting for one or more clients in consortium or partnership M&A transactions. Laurie also frequently assists clients engaged in shareholder arrangements and joint ventures, as well as bankruptcy-related asset sales and corporate reorganizations.

She has also advised clients on a broad range of corporate, securities, governance, and Canadian pension fund regulatory matters. With a dual call in Ontario and New York and previous experience at a prominent New York law firm and Paris law firm, Laurie has extensive experience in international and cross-border transactions.
