Lindsay Charles joined McLeish Orlando as a law student, and following her call to the Bar, she was hired to the firm as an associate lawyer. Lindsay’s practice is devoted exclusively to plaintiffs’ personal injury and wrongful death cases, including motor vehicle collisions, occupiers’ liability, products liability, medical negligence, and disability benefits claims.

Lindsay regularly appears at the Superior Court of Justice and the License Appeal Tribunal. She has been co-counsel on precedent-setting arbitrations to restore denied benefits and on motions to have fraudulent conveyance actions proceed concurrently with personal injury actions.

Dedicated to the education of the personal injury bar, Lindsay frequently presents at numerous speaking engagements organized by the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association. She is also a sought-after speaker at various conferences aimed at health care professionals in Ontario.
