Lou-Anne F. Farrell

With a dedicated legal career spanning 35 years, Lou-Anne Farrell specializes in estate litigation and related disputes. Her expertise includes will challenges, spousal and dependent’s claims, passings of accounts, removal of trustees, breach of trust claims, and POA and guardianship disputes. Lou-Anne is a seasoned mediator with over a decade of experience in estate-related dispute resolution.

Currently, Lou-Anne serves on the Ontario Estates Bench-Bar Liaison Committee and holds an executive role in the Estate Planners’ Council of London. Her leadership history includes being the former Chair of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Ontario Bar Association. Additionally, she has contributed extensively to literature and discussions on estate litigation issues.

Beyond her legal practice, Lou-Anne has been committed to community service, previously presiding as the President of the Board for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southwestern Ontario and acting as an honorary director for the Children’s Health Foundation.
