Luc Lissoir is a partner based in Gowling WLG’s Montreal office. He practises corporate and commercial law, concentrating on infrastructure project procurement, development and financing, private fund formations, M&A transactions and general corporate counselling.

Luc has extensive experience acting for corporate and governmental issuers and investment dealer firms with respect to public and private offerings of equity, debt and synthetic securities in Canada, the US and other foreign markets. He has assisted in privatizations of Crown corporations and subsequent financings; advised on public takeover bids or plans of arrangement; and guided clients in acquiring or selling private businesses.

Highly involved in infrastructure projects (P3s and alternative modes) and public procurement, Luc has led teams advising procuring authorities, developers, equity consortiums, bank/bond lenders, construction and operations JVs, and other key participants in projects across Canada and abroad. He also has substantial experience with secondary market and monetization of P3 asset transactions and infrastructure investment platforms across Canada.
