Partner and national leader of BLG’s Investment Management Group, Lynn M. McGrade specializes in issues relating to the investment management industry. She represents both Canadian and foreign fund managers in advisory services, securities distribution, and the establishment, operation, and administration of investment products in Canada.

Recognized as an authority on securities registrant regulation, compliance, ESG, fund governance, and M&A transactions in the investment industry, Lynn is a prominent figure in these fields. She also serves as Vice-chair and board member of the UHN Hospital Foundation and heads BLG’s UK and EU desk.

Lynn has held prestigious positions, including Past Chair/President of the Investment Funds Asset Management Committee of the IBA and the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP). She is a past leader of the Osgoode Hall Law School Alumni Association and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (Ontario).
