Marie-Josée has specific expertise in hostile takeovers and represents large corporations in high-profile complex transactions. She also advises boards of directors, special committees, executives and major shareholders on various transactions and matters involving disclosure, shareholder proposals, proxy contests, corporate governance and other corporate issues in general.
