Mark Meredith is a senior tax partner with over 40 years of tax practice experience. He advises a diverse range of clients, including individuals, business owners, accountants, other lawyers, and public and private business and non-profit organizations. Mark’s tax planning practice encompasses a broad range of client situations, ranging from the simple establishment and financing of a Canadian business, through complex partnerships and joint ventures, to cross-border financing and merger and acquisition transactions. Mark’s experience also extends to the management of tax disputes, providing services from the initial audit response level to appeals and through to the court process.

Extending beyond his tax practice, Mark serves both as counsel and as a mediator in mediations relating to tax, commercial and other challenging disputes.
