His practice focuses on pensions and benefits issues in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, insolvencies, reorganizations, and financings. He brings a unique perspective to his practice, informed by his previous experience as in-house counsel at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Canada’s largest single-occupation pension fund.
