Matthew Singerman is a partner in Clark Wilson’s renowned Commercial Real Estate Law Practice group. In his expansive practice, Matt advises on a variety of real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, partnerships and other joint ventures, property development, construction, operations, financing, and leasing.
