Maureen is the firm’s national Co-Chair and a member of the firm’s Partnership Board. Practising out of both the Vancouver and Calgary offices, she is the former Managing Partner of Osler’s Calgary office (2011–2017). As a trusted advisor to major commercial clients, Maureen regularly counsels both public and private sector interests. Her litigation practice is dedicated to complex commercial disputes, especially within the resource industry. Maureen is a seasoned trial and appeal lawyer with comprehensive experience in commercial arbitrations—both domestic and international—and other forms of dispute resolution.

She represents a diverse clientele and boasts extensive experience in resource industry disputes, involving major pipelines, hydroelectric, oil sands, midstream, upstream, and downstream conflicts. A significant portion of her practice focuses on litigation related to major resource and transportation projects.
