Mehran “Mark” Yazdani brings 19 years of dedicated experience in the field of disability law. Starting his career with Lang Michener LLP as a commercial litigator and later serving as an in-house counsel for RBC Insurance, Mark honed his skills in managing disability litigation. In 2009, he established the Yazdani Law Office Professional Corporation, focusing exclusively on representing disabled plaintiffs throughout Ontario in cases against disability insurance companies. His expertise also extends to life insurance, mortgage insurance, and critical illness claims.
In addition to running his private practice, Mark acts as disability counsel for Whitten & Lublin Employment Lawyers. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, he was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2004 and remains an active member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
