Participates in the works of the Uniform Law Conference of Canada. Has authored numerous articles and chapters in law reviews and law books. Associate Professor on banking law at the Law Faculty, Université de Montréal. Frequent speaker at conferences in Canada and abroad on topics related to his areas of practice. Chair of the Quebec Bar Law Review and the Secured Transactions Committee of the Quebec Bar. Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers. Member of the Quebec Bar, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Legal Advisory Panel of the Aviation Working Group.
