Michelle is a partner in BLG’s Labour and Employment Group in Toronto. She advises employers on crucial matters including restructuring, contracts and terminations, investigations and discipline, workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety, workplace violence, and employment standards and human rights. Additionally, Michelle offers expertise in labour relations including collective bargaining, interest arbitrations, collective agreement interpretation, grievance arbitrations, strikes and lockouts, as well as injunction proceedings during strikes.

Her significant experience in representing companies in human rights litigation before the Canadian Human Rights Commission and Federal and Provincial Tribunals has earned her recognition by The Best Lawyers in Canada (Labour and Employment Law) and Benchmark Canada as a Litigation Star.
