Nainesh Kotak is a dedicated personal injury and long-term disability litigation lawyer serving clients in Ontario and Alberta. He obtained his LLB from the University of Ottawa and has been a prominent member of the legal community since 1994. Nainesh brings extensive experience representing clients in trials at the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice, as well as conducting appeals at the Federal Court, Trial Division.

Recognized for his expertise in long-term disability claims, Nainesh has contributed to televised, print, and radio segments on injury and disability law. His commitment to legal education and advocacy is reflected in his leadership roles, including Chair of the Long-Term Disability Section and Secretary/Treasurer at the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association (OTLA). He also led the establishment of OTLA’s Diversity and Inclusion Caucus, showcasing his dedication to creating an inclusive legal community.

Beyond his legal practice, Nainesh actively supports charitable initiatives, notably organizing the annual Kotak Law Military Appreciation Day, which brings together troops, veterans, and cadets to honor their service. He contributes as a board president at Every Mind Mental Health Services and is a valued member of the Sheridan College Paralegal Advisory Committee.
