Perry practises in the areas of securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Perry offers a unique blend of legal and corporate finance experience combined with hands-on business management experience across a wide range of sectors including technology, natural resources and financial services. Perry is a director of Cboe Canada and a director of Mount Logan Capital Inc. He is extremely involved in the community and charity. His current mandates include being past chair and current member of the Board of Directors of the Sunnybrook Foundation, the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Olympic Foundation, Chair of the Re-Imagine Capital Campaign at the University of Ottawa and a member of the Business Advisory Council of the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
