Peter Bouzalas is a distinguished partner based in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office, specializing in corporate and commercial law. With a strong emphasis on both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate finance, Peter expertly serves private companies and private equity funds. His practice also encompasses corporate formation, organization, financing, and governance. Peter is highly experienced in drafting shareholder, partnership, limited partnership, and joint venture agreements, in addition to a wide variety of commercial agreements such as manufacturing, supply, and vendor/distribution contracts.

Peter advises clients across diverse industries, including construction, entertainment, gaming, fiduciary services, infrastructure, manufacturing and distribution, software, and waste management/recycling. His extensive experience includes guiding US and international companies, as well as private equity funds, in expanding into the Canadian market.
