Peter is a partner in the BLG Vancouver office and regional co-leader of the Vancouver Private Client Group. He practises in the areas of wills, trusts, and estates law. He works with clients in planning, while providing ongoing administration and litigation advice to settlors, will-makers, executors, trustees, and beneficiaries pertaining to all aspects of inter-vivos, Indigenous, offshore, and testamentary trusts, as well as financial institutions for risk management and compliance in these matters. Peter has a TEP designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts Section and an executive member of the National Charity and Not-for-Profit Law Section. Peter participates in numerous educational sessions to professionals and associations related to wills, trusts, and estates as well as charitable and not-for-profit matters. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada (Trusts and Estates). Called to the Bar in British Columbia (2013) and Manitoba (1992).
