Peter M. Tolensky serves as the chair of Lawson Lundell LLP’s Real Estate Group, delivering exceptional legal counsel to clients across various sectors, including pension funds, utility, mining, and pipeline companies, as well as private businesses. With extensive experience, Peter provides strategic advice on real estate and corporate structuring for all types of projects throughout British Columbia.

As the head of the Lawson Lundell Commercial Leasing team, Peter leads negotiations for a high volume of retail, office, and industrial leases, advising both landlords and tenants. Beyond his legal practice, Peter is an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia Peter A. Allard School of Law.
