Peter chairs Lawson Lundell’s Real Estate Group. His clients include pension funds, utility, mining, and pipeline companies, and private entities to whom he provides advice on a variety of real estate and corporate structuring matters for all types of projects. Peter also leads the Lawson Lundell Commercial Leasing team that negotiates a high volume of retail, office, and industrial leases for landlords and tenants. Peter is Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia Peter A. Allard School of Law, Co-Chair of the CBA/BCLS Air-Space Subdivision Task Force and a member of ICSC, UDI, and NAIOP. Peter is recognized by Chambers Canada, The Legal 500 Canada, and The Best Lawyers in Canada for his Real Estate practice. He is called to the British Columbia Bar (2000). Peter was named the Urban Development Institute’s 2023 ‘Forecaster of the Year’.
