Pierre Dalphond is a senior counsel with the litigation and dispute resolution group. He is a chartered arbitrator, an accredited mediator, a former guest professor on arbitration at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal, and former senior judge of the Quebec Court of Appeal.
