Randall J. Hofley is a senior partner in the Blakes Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment and Litigation groups. With extensive experience in competition law and federal regulation of business, Randall is a trusted advisor for clients facing complex and high-stakes matters. He regularly represents clients before the Canadian Competition Bureau, the Competition Tribunal, and at all levels of Canadian courts and federal administrative tribunals.
