Rob McLennan is a highly respected Partner and Chair of the Insurance group at Alexander Holburn Beaudin + Lang LLP. With over 25 years of litigation experience, Rob focuses on insurance-based liability defence, specifically in professional liability and discipline, occupiers’ liability, and product liability.

Rob has significant courtroom expertise, having appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, as well as the Federal Court and Court of Appeal. He has also completed several advanced mediation courses, including the prestigious Mediating the Litigated Case program at the Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University.

Recognized as a leader in his field, Rob has been acknowledged by The Best Lawyers in Canada for Insurance Law annually since 2016, and by The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for Litigation – Commercial Insurance since 2020.
