Ronald R. Schwass is a distinguished partner and the head of the Asset Management and Investment Funds Group at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP. With a practice dedicated to securities, corporate finance, and M&A, Ron brings deep expertise to the asset management and venture capital industries in Canada.

Ronald began his legal career in the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), where he took principal responsibility for mutual fund regulation from 1987 to 1990.
