Wendy Del Mul joined Dentons as Counsel in 2014, having previously practised with another major Canadian law firm. Wendy practices Corporate law with a focus on private equity and venture capital, corporate development and secured lending. She is a member of the firm’s Securities Law, and Life Sciences and Emerging Technologies practice groups. Wendy’s private equity expertise includes representing investors and issuers in structuring, negotiating and implementing domestic and cross-border privately placed debt and equity securities offerings, venture capital financings and advising sponsors and investors in the formation of private equity funds. She also acts as outside counsel to technology and other growth companies advising them on international corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing needs, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, strategic alliances and corporate governance matters. Wendy’s secured lending expertise includes acting for both borrowers and lenders (including syndicates) in sophisticated domestic and international secured loan transactions. Wendy is a member of the Board of Directors of Clek Inc.
