Sandra Nissan practises in the areas of infrastructure, project finance, and secured lending. She has extensive experience advising key stakeholders including public authorities, private sector participants, and lenders in implementing public infrastructure projects in a variety of sectors, including rail and light rail, hospitals, and justice facilities. She also has experience in the secondary market. Her recent mandates include the following: Finch West LRT project, 401 RER Tunnel project, Union Station Enhancement project (Alliance model), Lakeshore West RER Enhancement project, and Waterloo LRT project. She also has experience in many aspects of syndicated secured and unsecured lending, acting on behalf of both lenders and borrowers. She was called to the Ontario bar in 1999. She received her LLB in 1997 from Osgoode Hall Law School.
