Sarah Crowe is a partner in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office, practising primarily in the areas of commercial real estate and finance. Her practice encompasses all aspects of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, real estate joint ventures, project development, construction, and commercial leasing. She works for purchasers, vendors, lenders, borrowers, owners, developers, landlords, and tenants in the negotiation of various real estate agreements. She is also experienced in the area of corporate finance and has advised lenders and borrowers on numerous debt financing arrangements, including secured and unsecured bank credit facilities, bond offerings, and project finance transactions. In addition, she has been involved in a broad range of commercial transactions for energy companies, including the preparation of construction, engineering, and procurement documentation.
