Trial counsel in criminal proceeding against former Nortel CEO. Lead counsel in Supreme Court appeal (Hryniak) concerning summary judgment and access to justice in Canada. Clients include airlines; IT services providers; government agencies; universities; research hospitals; and pharmaceutical, mining, and oil & gas companies.
