Shaun Laubman is a distinguished Canadian lawyer specializing in corporate commercial litigation. With expertise in shareholder and partnership disputes, fraud cases, franchise litigation, estate litigation, and real estate disputes, Shaun delivers comprehensive legal representation for complex business and civil matters. As an experienced trial and appellate counsel, he has successfully advocated for clients before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as before respected administrative and arbitral tribunals.

Shaun possesses significant experience with urgent cases involving Mareva injunctions and other forms of injunctive relief, offering fast and effective solutions in high-stakes disputes.
