

T. Andrew Currier is a nationally recognized intellectual property lawyer based in Ontario, Canada, and the co-founder and CEO of PCK Intellectual Property. With over 25 years of experience, Andrew is widely respected for his expertise in patent law, trademark law, and industrial design. He possesses a unique blend of experience across industry, legal practice, and academia, which sets him apart as a leading authority in Canadian intellectual property law.
Andrew’s career highlights include serving as General Counsel for a publicly traded flat-panel display company and as IP counsel for a Silicon Valley start-up, leveraging his engineering background in the automotive industry. Prior to founding PCK Intellectual Property, he practised with three of Canada’s national IP law firms, gaining in-depth knowledge of patent prosecution, portfolio management, and IP litigation.
Andrew is also committed to legal education, having served as an Adjunct Professor teaching Patent Law at both the Faculty of Law at Western University and the University of Windsor. As a member of the Board of Directors of The College of Patent and Trademark Agents (CPATA/CABAMC), Andrew contributes to the advancement of the profession and the regulation of patent and trademark agents in Canada.
